Copyright of code: We retain the full right and ownership to all code that we wright. If paid in full, you receive a license to use, and modify the code as much as you want for your purposes. This code will include a lot of code that we have written previously. This is why we retain ownership, and you get a license.
Short Term Consulting Service: Any short term services must be paid in advance.
For all of our off-the-shelf products there is a 30 day trail period. You have full use of the software for that time. You can then choose to purchase the software. We will offer free bug fix versions for specific versions of the software at our discretion. Updates for new versions of the OS, or 4D are not considered bug fixes, but rather new versions. These will be made available at a discount (from the current price of a new version) as an upgrade from previous version.
